 Post subject: time zone and time/date stamping

Location: Modesto, CA, USA
As an international site, I noticed that dates appear out of sync when I log on as compared to when other tree relatives log on. I assume that everything is Hamburg time.

If you post the local day others log on, can you post the time they log on? Or, can you state what time zone people log on? Or, can you state it to GMT time and have a conversion table for your local time zone?
