Please Vote For Us!

Hey folks, dynastree’s blog needs your help! As you might know, Family Tree Magazine is hosting a vote for the top 40 genealogy blogs again this year, the list will appear in the print edition in May 2010. Our blog made it into the list of nominees! We are really excited, and would like to thank everybody who submitted the blog.

Now the votes come in, and we need your support: please go to Family Tree Magazine’s website and vote for dynastree’s blog!

Furthermore, we’d like to introduce the new family tree view that has been added in the latest release: the Bubble-style view! It looks really cool, the profile cards are shown as bubbles, connected through lines, and details for the profile cards can be shown when you move your mouse cursor over the a profile card. Here’s what it looks like:

You can switch to the new view via the collapsible menu on the left, choose “Bubble” there:

    Congratulations on your nomination to FTM’s 40 Best Genealogy Blogs! I like to see genealogy vendor blogs like dynastree’s that are updated frequently and have more than just the usual press release regurgitation!

    When I switch to “Bubble View” I only see one bubble (myself)!

    I couldn’t vote for this due to your lack of response to repeated requests for status of my order as follows:
    What has happened to my order which was placed on October 26, 2009, charged to my Visa card on October 27, 2009 and paid for by me when I paid my October Visa bill? You have my money and I have no merchandise! This order was for 4 copies of my family tree poster at a total cost of $123.99 (approx). I have repeatedly emailed a request for status and have received no reply since Nov. 20 at which time you promised that you would get back to me by the following Monday, Nov. 23. This did not happen, and repeated requests have been ignored. I am requesting a shipping date from you at this time, and failing that, a credit to my Visa account. Please respond so that I will know one way or the other what is happening with my order.
