    Voted… and since my family is from Germany, this book will be great for me… we know nothing past the family that first came to the US. Hope I win. :D

    hi i have voted for you hope you win, I think that we have german ancesters on my husbands mothers side as she remembers her grt grandfather changin his name from von britten to just britten, so if im the lucky one this my help me find that out, p.s your site is brilliant

    Me too. Managing so far on my own German genealogy (more leads than time to follow them all) but always open to new sources of information I may not have known about. Good luck!

    Obviously pleased to have been the lucky one this time. Maybe some of the other aspirants will end up with a consolation prize eventually – if the book helps me find information that will link to some of your trees…
